Ringtones will be sent to your computer in an email message. To download to your cell phone, forward that message to the email address of your phone, as a text message. You should be able to download to your ringtones file from there.
The email address of your cell phone is your 10-digit phone number, plus your cell phone provider's company extension. For example, for Verizon customers, it's phonenumber@vtext.com. For AT&T, it's phonenumber@txt.att.net. Once you send the ringtone to your phone as a text message, if you still need help, please call your cell phone provider for further instructions for your specific phone.
